Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5β10 business days.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Weβll resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
