You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include all original packaging and accessories

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@tevili.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return address.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery

  • Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts

  • Items marked as final sale


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.

Customers are responsible for safely packaging the item for return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
